Brooks Bossong focuses his practice in the areas of creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, and commercial collections. He has considerable experience in the representation of financial institutions and business lenders in all aspects of creditor representation, including foreclosures of commercial properties, domestication and enforcement of foreign judgments, and prejudgment remedies such as attachment and claim and delivery proceedings. Mr. Bossong has experience in state and federal courts, including trial and motions practice, appellate advocacy and bankruptcy practice.
Mr. Bossong also has considerable experience in structured settlements and loan modifications based on asset securitizations and confessions of judgment.
Mr. Bossong has been a seminar speaking on the subject of judgment collections and co-authored an edition of Successful Judgment Collections in North Carolina published by National Business Institute in 2000.
