Joan M. Bergman is an associate in the firm’s real estate practice group.

She helps clients with land acquisitions and construction of commercial and multi-family residential sites. She also has experience in other real estate areas, including conducting due diligence and title searches, reviewing loan documents, and drafting easements and closing statements.
